AE Victory Racing, the women-led motorsport program committed to forging new pathways for female competitors, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Female Driver Shootout, which will award a fully funded seat with the team’s Driver Development Program.

AE Victory Racing, the women-led motorsport program committed to forging new pathways for female competitors, has officially opened applications for its 2026 Female Driver Shootout, which will determine the next group of drivers selected for the team’s Driver Development Program.
The opening of applications coincides with a major milestone for the organization, as AE Victory Racing confirmed that it has acquired a second Toyota Supra GT4 EVO2, allowing the team to expand to a two-car effort in the 2026 World Racing League championship.
Founded in 2023 by Erin Vogel and Aaron Snair, AE Victory Racing is a woman-owned motorsports organization dedicated to empowering female drivers by offering competitive opportunities, professional support and increased visibility within the sport. Through its Female Driver Development Program, the team aims to continue to set new standards, expand access and build a lasting legacy for women in racing.
Team owner and professional driver Erin Vogel — the first woman to win a GT3 race in GT World Challenge America — completed the purchase of the second Supra last week in a deal with Thunder Bunny Racing. With the addition of the second GT4 machine, AE Victory Racing anticipates that this year’s shootout could result in two to three fully funded development seats for 2026.
“Expanding to two GT4 cars is a milestone for our program,” said Vogel, “It allows us to create
more opportunities for female drivers, more learning environments, and more meaningful paths
into professional motorsport. I’m thrilled we can continue to expand this team and build on the
passion of our efforts.”
AE Victory Racing’s Driver Development Program blends a supportive, intentional team environment with real-world racing experience, professional coaching and personal development. Drivers selected for the program receive a fully funded seat in a competitive endurance racing series, along with instruction from experienced professionals including Vogel, Sarah Montgomery and Ashley Freiberg.
The team places significant emphasis on high-performance growth both on and off the track, with drivers also receiving leadership and mental training from experts such as Claudia Fulga of Forty Forty Living and Mike Metcalf of D.E.C.K. Leadership.
Applications for the 2026 shootout opened on Monday, November 17, 2025, and will remain open until Sunday, December 7, 2025. Finalists will be announced in early January before attending an in-person shootout on January 29–30, 2026, at Inde Motorsports Ranch in Wilcox, Arizona.
Now in its second year, the shootout is expected to be highly competitive and will evaluate drivers across a range of criteria, including speed, adaptability, communication and teamwork. Participants will take part in on-track assessments, professional coaching sessions and team-based challenges designed to identify both talent and long-term potential.
As Vogel noted, “This program isn’t just about finding speed. It’s about developing complete athletes—drivers who communicate well, understand their car, support their teammates, and thrive in high-performance environments. If you’ve ever dreamed of racing at this level, we want to meet you.”
Drivers wishing to apply must be at least 16 years of age and hold a full racing license from an accredited sanctioning body. Applications are open now through Sunday, December 7, 2025 via this link.
