Ashton Harrison will return behind the wheel of the #25 red Huracán for the 2021 North American Lamborghini Super Trofeo season with Wayne Taylor Racing.
Ashton Harrison will be back behind the wheel of the #25 Lamborghini Huracan of the Prestige Performance with Wayne Taylor Racing team, as she enters her third season in the North American Lamborghini Super Trofeo.
"It’s exciting to have Ashton back with us,” commented Wayne Taylor. “When we first met her, we immediately saw her talent. Like everything, it takes a bit of time to understand and she’s made great progress over the last two years. I’m really looking forward to watching Ashton as she continues to progress. She has Wayne Taylor Racing’s full support as she accomplishes her next steps in racing", added the team owner of the world-renowned sports car team.
Harrison wrote an important chapter in history books of motor racing when she became the first ever female driver to win a race in the Lamborghini World Finals in the LB Cup.
Successively, she stepped up to the Pro-Am class and claimed one victory and seven podium finishes in 2020, as she shared the car with her teammate Andrea Amici.
"The last two seasons have been great learning curves and ending the 2020 season with a win in our #25 Harrison Contracting Lambo with Andrea Amici was special", said Harrison.
"I’m ready to continue that success for the 2021."
As per tradition, the livery of the #25 Lamborghini Huracan will be red, which represents the company culture of the Harrison Contracting Company, a nationwide painting and facility maintenance organization. The company has also recently expanded its partnership with Wayne Taylor Racing and joined its IMSA operation, in order to reach an even larger audience.
"Back with my Wayne Taylor Racing family and in my No. 25 Harrison Contracting LST,” explained Ashton. “We’re bringing back our livery from 2020 and I’m looking forward to spending a third year with WTR and Harrison Contracting for my junior year of Lamborghini Super Trofeo."

The first round of the 2021 North America Lamborgini Super Trofeo will get underway on 21st May, when the one-make series will be part of the unique event at Circuit of the Americas in support of NASCAR's first visit to the home of the US GP in Austin.
