Caterham 270R: Jasmine Shaw ends season with triple top-10 at Snetterton
In the final round of the Caterham 270R season at Snetterton, 20-year-old Jasmine Shaw concluded her second season in the series by finishing in the top 10 in all three races, as she faced mixed conditions to end the year on a high note.

At the end of a strong second campaign in the Caterham 270R Championship, Cotswolds rising star Jasmine Shaw put on a brilliant display around Snetterton to prove her speed and conclude the season with three more top tens to her name in a weekend headlined by mixed conditions.
Her weekend began on Saturday with the final qualifying session of the weekend, in which she set the 14th-best time. From her starting position, Shaw immediately showed her prowess by navigating through the chaos on the opening lap of race one to move herself up by four spots and began dueling with Ryan Tholet to keep her spot inside the top ten. Despite briefly falling down to 14th, Shaw put on a brilliant drive in the second half of the race to climb back up the order and finish the first race of the weekend in tenth.
From tenth on the grid for Sunday's race two, Shaw steered clear of more opening-lap chaos, as the wet conditions caught out a handful of drivers, which led to a crash at Palmer, forcing the red flag to be brought out. When the race restarted, Shaw momentarily slipped to 11th, but a mid-race decisive pass on Eduardo Pontes saw her back in the top ten, as she came home to her second consecutive top ten of the weekend in slippery conditions.
The track dried up for the third and final race of the weekend, from which Shaw once again started tenth on the grid. At the start, Jasmine once again showed her brilliance by moving herself up to seventh on the opening lap, as she began a race-long battle to cement her place in the top ten. Ultimately, Shaw ended up crossing the line ninth in her final race of the 2026 Caterham 270R Championship to seal an eighth-place finish in the overall standings on 248 points after dropped scores were applied.
