Chloe Chambers returns to Porsche Sprint Challenge NA at Barber

F1 Academy racer Chloe Chambers is set to make an appearance in Porsche Sprint Challenge North America at the upcoming round at Barber Motorsports Park, where she will again represent Monoflo International after a stellar 2023 season with 7 wins in the series.

Having been selected for representing MoneyGram Haas F1 Team for the 2024 F1 Academy season, American racer Chloe Chambers has enjoyed a busy start of the year so far, with preparation for her campaign in the all-female championship promoted by F1, testing and the first round at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, already in the books.

Chambers, who has made a return to single seaters after an outstanding debut in GT machinery in 2023, announced she is set to make a one-off appearance at the second round of the Porsche Sprint Challenge North America championship, which will be held at Barber Motorsports Park on April 26-28 in support of the IndyCar series event,

Chloe will therefore return behind the wheel of the Monoflo International Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS car, following a stellar 2023 campaign that saw the young driver collecting 7 wins, 3 pole positions and 8 podiums out of 12 races. Only a missed round - the season opener at Sebring - could deny Chambers of the title, as no driver could match her victories.

Nevertheless, the Monoflo International backed driver's talent was on full display and her potential in GT racing was recognized by Porsche as she was soon enrolled the Porsche Junior Driver Program as well as the Deluxe Female Driver Development Program within the Porsche North America's platform.

While Chambers has since then readapted quickly to Formula 4 machinery and enjoyed a brilliant start to her F1 Academy season with a fourth place - and two point-scoring finishes - in the first round at the Jeddah Corniche street circuit, she will now have the opportunity to prove once again her versatility and keep the door open to future possibilities in GT cars with a one-off entry in the GT4 Cayman class of Porsche Sprint Challenge North America.

"Excited to be back in the Monoflo International Porsche GT4RS in a couple of weeks at Barber Motorsports Park for Porsche Sprint Challenge NA", Chloe said. "I can’t wait to be back with my Porsche family racing in front of Indycar just a week before heading to Miami for F1 Academy. Let’s go team!"
