Christina Lam is set to make her IMSA debut, joining Rockwell Autosport Development at the wheel of its #10 Audi RS3 LMS TCR Gen 2 for the upcoming IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge campaign.

The team has in fact officially announced its entry in the championship, with Lam teaming up with Eric Rockwell and Alex Rockwell in the TCR class.

"As a grassroots racer, putting this program together has been a dream years in the making", Lam commented. "Eric and Alex bring a wealth of experience with these Audi TCRs, we have a strong lineup together."

A two-time finalist for the IMSA Diverse Driver Development scholarship, Lam will therefore make her debut in an IMSA-sanctioned championship. “Competing in IMSA, one of the most prestigious racing series, fills me with immense pride,” she said.

The American racer has several years of experience under her belt in North American grassroots touring car series, such as SCCA National Championship, the SCCA Hoosier Super Tour, American Endurance Racing as well as, more recently, in the World Racing League, where she piloted the AE Victory Racing Audi R8 GT4 alongside driver/owner Erin Vogel and Sarah Montgomery.

Lam was finalist for the IMSA Diverse Driver Development Scholarship Finalist in both 2025 and 2026, has driven TC, TCA, GT4 and GT3 race cars - and will be aiming to transfer her experience in the TCR class of the highly competitive IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge, starting from the season opener at Daytona International Speedway in January.

"I'm grateful to be part of the RAD family for this season", Lam continued. "All the hard work is coming to fruition, and I couldn't be more excited to take on Daytona. I'm thrilled that our partners-Helium Mobile, OG Racing, Sparco, and the National Center for Women's Innovations-are supporting this program. Their backing means a lot to us, and we're excited to represent them on track this season."

Team owner Eric Rockwell expressed enthusiasm for continuing the partnership with Audi’s Gen 2 platform: "We have had four years of experience with the manufacture and looking at taking that forward and applying that to the new platform"

"I have competed against Christina for a couple years in the grassroots events in which RAD provides opportunities for up and coming drivers", Rockwell added. "When I saw she was a finalist, it sparked a conversation and all the pieces fell into place from there."

Partner for the program is Helium Mobile, a user-built cell network offering unlimited talk, text, and data that enables users to help build the network by deploying hotspots. OG Racing is a leader in motorsports safety equipment, while the National Center for Women’s Innovations supports women in technology through STEM-focused initiatives.
