BRDC Rising Star Daniella Sutton has signed with race-winning squad Chris Dittmann Racing to compete in the 2026 British F4 Championship. Graduating from the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship, Sutton is moving into single seaters for the upcoming season as she looks to take the next step on her motorsport journey.

After a successful spell in karting, Sutton won the prestigious BRSCC Fiesta Junior Scholarship ahead of the 2024 season. In her first year of circuit racing, Sutton impressed as she achieved a highest result of sixth at her home circuit of Oulton Park. Sutton is also active off-track and is an official ambassador for Juvenile Arthritis Research.

In 2025, Sutton has continued to race in the BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship while enjoying a breakthrough season alongside Race Car Consultants. Sutton finished in eighth position in the overall championship standings and achieved 12 top-10 finishes across the campaign with a best result of fourth coming at Anglesey. As a member of the British Women Racing Drivers Club, Daniella is currently on course to secure the Anita Taylor award for the best-performing saloon car driver courtesy of her strong performances across the season.

The Wera Tools F4 British Championship has been the series of choice for drivers looking to begin their formula car career. Alumni include Formula 1 race winners Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, while the 2025 season saw competitors from 22 different nations line up on the grid indicating its global attraction.

The 2026 campaign will once again see the young drivers compete in 30 races across the season, including an overseas trip to Zandvoort in the Netherlands in July. Donington Park hosts round one in April, followed by trips to Brands Hatch and Snetterton. Racing on the Silverstone Grand Prix circuit in May is a particular highlight, before a summer program of races at Zandvoort and Thruxton before a return to Donington Park. Croft is the venue for round eight, before trips back to both Silverstone and Brands Hatch complete the calendar.

With live free-to-air TV coverage in the UK, in addition to the streaming of selected races on YouTube as part of the TOCA package, Sutton’s motorsport journey will be captured by a wide audience. Trackside spectators can also enjoy open paddocks at TOCA-sanctioned events, leading to opportunities for fans and sponsors alike to interact with Sutton throughout the course of each weekend.

Sutton’s move into British F4 marks a significant step on her journey up the single seater ladder, with the young racer targeting a move into F1 Academy in the future. By honing her craft in one of the most competitive single seater championships in the world, Sutton will take her place on a grid of aspiring professional drivers.

Sutton joins a Chris Dittmann Racing team who enjoyed a breakthrough season in 2025. The Tewkesbury based squad secured their first ever victory in the Wera Tools F4 British Championship this season with former BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship driver Tommy Harfield. The team have now established themselves as consistent frontrunners with Sutton targeting continued progress in her debut campaign in the series.

Daniella Sutton: “Racing without barriers, advocating people with hidden disabilities and that diagnoses do not define you. Let this fantastic new journey begin”.

Chris Dittmann: “It's great to be able to announce Daniella so early and to be the first confirmed driver for the 2026 season. It gives both parties plenty of time to prepare for 2026. It's not too far for Daniella to travel to our team base, so she'll be a regular visitor and be able to get a lot of time in on the sim. She did really well when she tested with us at Snetterton earlier this month and I'm looking forward to seeing what we can do together. We're aiming to hit the ground running”.
