After a strong debut year that included a race win, Emma Felbermayr will continue in F1 Academy in 2026 as an official Audi Revolut F1 Team driver with Rodin Motorsport, becoming part of Audi’s Driver Development Programme.

Emma Felbermayr will officially represent the Audi Revolut F1 Team in the 2026 F1 Academy season, continuing for a second year in the all-female championship with Rodin Motorsport while racing under Audi colours.
The Austrian is therefore gearing up for a sophomore campaign in F4 following a promising 2025 season in which she claimed her maiden victory in the series at Montreal. For 2026, Felbermayr will be fully integrated into the Audi Revolut F1 Team structure and inducted into the Audi Driver Development Programme, showing the manufacturer’s commitment to nurturing diverse talent as part of its wider Formula 1 project.
By joining the Audi Driver Development Programme, she will gain access to the brand’s technical expertise, performance resources and mentoring network, supporting her continued development as she competes on the global F1 Academy stage in a Rodin Motorsport-operated car.
The brand continues a legacy shaped by figures such as World Rally Championship trailblazer Michèle Mouton as well as endurance racing star Rahel Frey.
Felbermayr, 19, made the step from karting to single seaters in 2025, competing in select races in the Europcup-4 Winter Series championship to prepare for her rookie F1 Academy season. The Austrian, part of a family of racing heritage, then also contested a full dual campaign in Spanish F4, getting closer to the top-10 towards the end of the year - as well as a one-off apperance in British F4. In F1 Academy, supported by Sauber, Emma had a strong season with a top five on debut at Shanghai, a point-scoring result in Jeddah, before her breakthrough victory in Montreal. Four more top tens followed, with a fourth in Singapore. She finished her rookie season 10th in the drivers' standings.
Felbermayr will now also play a role as an ambassador for Audi as the manufacturer prepares for its upcoming entry into Formula 1, taking over the Sauber squad, which has so far strong records of supporting its F1 Academy drivers also once they move on from the all-female series.
Felbermayr expressed her enthusiasm about the opportunity to represent the German manufacturer:
“Continuing in F1 Academy and to now do so as an official Audi Revolut F1 Team driver is a huge honour. To be associated with a brand that has such an incredible motorsport history, and one that supported icons like Michèle Mouton and Rahel Frey, is truly inspiring."
"I am grateful for the trust being placed in me and can't wait to sport the Audi colours on the grid, as I continue my journey in the series with Rodin Motorsport. My goal is to represent the brand with pride, build on what I learned last season, and fight for strong results."
Allan McNish, Director of the Audi Driver Development Programme, added: “We are delighted to officially welcome Emma Felbermayr to the Audi Revolut F1 Team family. Her performance and dedication in her debut F1 Academy season were impressive, and we see great potential for her future. Supporting female talent is a key priority for our F1 operations, and it is a source of pride for us to continue the legacy of strong female drivers who have succeeded with the Four Rings. We look forward to seeing Emma carry our colours on the grid in 2026."
Felbermayr is currently preparing to her second F1 Academy season by maximising track time in the UAE 4 Series.
