F1 Academy has announced its 2026 calendar, confirming a seven-round schedule held exclusively alongside Formula 1 race weekends, a format that continues since 2024. The upcoming season will feature 14 races and introduce a first visit to Silverstone, marking the championship’s debut at the British Grand Prix and introducing a second European round after a record-low of one in 2025.
As in previous years, one race per weekend will run with a reverse-grid format, and drivers will benefit from a 12-day official testing program, down from 15 in the previous seasons, designed to increase preparation and track time.
The fourth season of the all-female championship will open with familiar venues, returning to Shanghai, Jeddah and Montreal in the early stages of the year. Round 4 at Silverstone will be a new completely new addition to F1 Academy, The series will then head back to Zandvoort before wrapping up the campaign with two American rounds: a comeback for Circuit of the Americas, last seen on the calendar in 2023, followed by the finale on the Las Vegas Strip Circuit, which debuted in 2025.
"Our 2026 F1 Academy calendar reflects the momentum we're building and the visibility we're earning across the sport", commented the series' Managing Director Susie Wolff. "Silverstone and Austin are two fantastic additions to our 2026 roster, and returning to five established races gives us our strongest calendar yet, closing once again in Las Vegas where we aim to finish the season with the same style and flair we delivered this year."
"In just three seasons, F1 Academy has developed some fantastic drivers and grown a huge and passionate fanbase all over the world", Stefano Domenicali, President and CEO of Formula 1, added. "It inspires women and girls to consider a role in motorsport, be that on or off the track, by removing barriers and showing what can be done."
