Despite a more challenging third round, the Heart of Racing all-female duo displayed strong teamwork and fighting spirit at Sebring, securing valuable points with seventh place class finishes, overcoming adversities.

The Heart of Racing all-female duo of Hannah Grisham and Hannah Greenemeier faced a challenging weekend at Sebring International Raceway, the third round of the 2025 Pirelli GT4 America season. Despite adversity, the team managed to secure two seventh-place finishes, scoring valuable championship points.
Grisham and Greenemeier, now in their second season together as Heart of Racing’s all-female lineup, have developed into strong contenders in the Silver class. After earning several podiums in 2024, they were reclassified into the top Silver category midway through the season, where they quickly adapted, broke into the overall top ten, and continued building momentum.
Their 2025 campaign began solidly at Sonoma Raceway, where they secured a fourth-place finish in Race 1 and additional points in Race 2, showcasing their pace and consistency. At the second round in Austin, the duo delivered another breakthrough result, finishing third in class in the three-hour Lone Star Enduro at Circuit of the Americas.
Their consistent drive in the #26 Heart of Racing Aston Martin Vantage GT4 earned them valuable double points, solidifying their position as podium contenders in the competitive Silver class.
Heading to Sebring, the two Shift Up Now athletes aimed to carry that momentum forward but had to overcome a tougher weekend, with an incident that required a remarkable team effort to return the car to competitive condition.
In qualifying, Greenemeier took to the track first and clocked a 2:12.281 to secure 12th overall and eighth in the Silver class. Grisham followed in Q2 and posted a 2:12.278, which again placed the team eighth in Silver and 23rd overall.

Race 1 got underway on Saturday afternoon with Greenemeier starting P8 in class and from the sixth row overall. Soon, a crash early on took out the #23 Nolasport Porsche and the #53 AtoTechnic Racing BMW, triggering a full-course caution. Greenemeier had a clean start, navigating the chaos and emerging 12th overall and seventh in the Silver class.
At the restart with 46 minutes remaining, Greenemeier lost seventh in class to Neudorf but held her own in a battle with the Bimmerworld BMW of Clay, eventually conceding P13 overall while retaining eighth in class. She then began reeling in Neudorf and made the pass on lap 8, reclaiming seventh in class and attempting to build a gap as the pit window approached.
The #26 Aston Martin pitted on lap 9, with Greenemeier handing over to Grisham from P7 in class and P14 overall. Grisham rejoined in 17th overall, maintaining seventh in class while other teams extended their stints.
As pit stops cycled through, Grisham climbed to 13th overall and remained seventh in class. Navigating traffic among a cluster of Pro-Am entries, she laid down consistent lap times and opened a gap to Webb in the JMF Aston. By lap 19, Grisham had a seven-second buffer to the car behind and was closing in on the Am-class entry of Patten.
She ultimately crossed the line in P7 in Silver, with limited opportunities for further recovery in a green-flag second half of the race.

The second race of the weekend took place on Sunday morning, with Grisham lining up P8 in class and 23rd overall. At lights out, Michael Cooper made a standout move to take the overall lead in the Blackdog Racing McLaren. Grisham also had a strong start, advancing to 21st overall and making progress through the Am-class traffic.
She passed Lucas Catania and moved up to 20th, showing consistent pace as she gradually reduced the gap to Silver-class rival Webb and the Am-class leaders Postins and Kanisczak. Running consistent 2:14.1 laps, she remained right behind Postins before gaining a position when Ortmann’s JMF Motorsports Aston Martin pitted with an issue.
The pit window opened with 35 minutes to go, and Grisham pitted from sixth in class on lap 11. Greenemeier took over and rejoined seventh in class. A full-course yellow soon followed when Catania’s BMW came to a halt during the driver change window, triggering a wave of pit stops.
Racing resumed with 19 minutes to go. Greenemeier made up several positions overall on the restart and climbed into the top 15, holding seventh in Silver while navigating heavy Am-class traffic. She cleared Clay’s Bimmerworld BMW, but one car remained between her and sixth-placed Neudorf as she also passed the leading Am-class entry.
Greenemeier seized opportunities from battling cars ahead and pushed to catch Neudorf. In the final ten minutes, she was the quicker of the two and reeled him in as they approached the overall top ten. The battle intensified in the final laps, with Greenemeier going wheel-to-wheel with Neudorf for sixth, while Hayes and Clay – both Am-class leaders – joined the fight.
In a dramatic photo finish, Greenemeier crossed the line seventh in class, sandwiched between the Am leaders.
Despite a more difficult round, the Heart of Racing all-female duo displayed strong teamwork and fighting spirit, securing valuable points with two top-ten class finishes. They will aim to return to podium contention at the next round at VIRginia International Raceway, scheduled for July 18–20.
