Holly Miall returns to Fox Motorsport for 2024 Ginetta Junior Championship

After significant progress in her rookie car racing season that ended with a maiden top-10, 16-year-old Holly Miall will return to the highly-competitive Ginetta Junior Championship with Fox Motorsport in 2024.

Sixteen-year old British racer Holly Miall is set to return to the Ginetta Junior Championship, having made significant progress through her rookie campaign in 2023, which saw the young racer from Chelmsford ending her first year in car racing with a career-best of tenth in the season finale at Donington Park.

Finishing all but two of the 27 races throughout her rookie season, Miall did a fantastic job in maximising track time and noticeably developed as a driver, with the aim of continuing the progress into 2024. Holly will in fact aim to build upon these foundations and will return to Fox Motorsport for the 2024 Ginetta Junior Championship – arguably one of the most competitive forms of junior motorsport.

“I’m really excited to be continuing in the Ginetta Juniors with Fox Motorsport in 2024" – Holly commented. "My rookie season was a real eye-opener and it was obvious from the first round just how high a level you have to be at on every lap if you want to be competitive."

"The speed improved as we got towards the end of the season and with the experience of a year behind me I know we’ll be stronger at every circuit", she continued. "I’ve had great support from the team and can already feel the gains we’ve made on-track since the end of the season so I can’t wait for Easter weekend.”

Miall started karting at the age of seven and made her way up the ranks of categories such as Cadets, Mini Max and Junior Rotax before stepping up to cars in the notoriously propaedeutic Ginettas. Ahead of her sophomore campaign, Miall has already started a testing programme at Anglesey, Donington and Brands Hatch.

“It’s brilliant to have Holly confirmed for a second season of Ginetta Junior racing with us", said Paul McNeilly, Team Principal at Fox Motorsport. "She made excellent progress during 2023, having never raced a car prior to the opening round and has the potential to make big gains next year as she grows in confidence and puts everything she learned in her rookie season into practice."

The series has seen several top-class graduates excelling both in single seaters and in GT racing. Holly's partners for the upcoming season include Digiphore, H&V Insulation Supplies, OJM Insulations and mindset coach Danielle Simpson. The 2024 Ginetta Junior Championship is scheduled to start on March 30-April 1 at Oulton Park, before trips to Silverstone GP, Donington Park, Anglesey, Snetterton, Silverstone National, Donington Park and Brands Hatch, in an exciting eight round calendar that features 25-races to maximise young driver's track time.
