Iron Dames and energy giant TotalEnergies are teaming up for the "Powering Your Dreams" partnership, aiming to fuel the team's success at the next Le Mans 24 Hours.

The groundbreaking all-female team Iron Dames is joining forces with fuel company TotalEnergies, with the two brands sharing the vision of breaking barriers and chasing dreams on motorsport’s biggest stage. Iron Dames and TotalEnergies have in fact announced a landmark partnership ahead of the 2025 24 Hours of Le Mans, launching under the banner of "Powering Your Dreams."
This marks the first time the pioneering all-female racing team and the energy giant will unite, aiming to combine passion and performance in one of the most demanding races in the world.
Since 1923, the 24 Hours of Le Mans has tested the limits of human and machine alike, with its grueling 13.6 km circuit, unpredictable conditions and relentless challenges make it the ultimate test in endurance racing. For both Iron Dames and TotalEnergies, the race is integral part of their mission.
The team, launched at the end of 2018, has always strived for Le Mans success.
"The 24 Hours of Le Mans is more than just a race—it’s about never giving up, pushing beyond limits, and making the impossible possible", said Deborah Mayer, Iron Dames founder. "Partnering with TotalEnergies, a world leader and true pioneer in endurance racing, is an incredible honor for the Iron Dames project."
"Their legacy in the WEC and Le Mans speaks for itself. Together, we aim to prove that with passion, dedication, and the right energy, there are no limits to what we can achieve. 'Powering Your Dreams' is the heartbeat of this journey and a shared commitment to progress, innovation, and empowering future generations."
Iron Dames continue to make motorsport history, collecting wins in elite sports car championships and more importantly changing perspectives, redefining the role of women at the top of motor racing.
As the only all-female team on the grid, they have become trailblazers in the FIA World Endurance Championship and beyond, showing that when provided with the right support and equipment, talented women will thrive.
Now entering their seventh consecutive Le Mans, the team aims to top their personal best finish of fourth from the 2023 edition.
"This partnership with a committed and talented all-female team is fully in line with our desire to promote excellence and equal opportunities on the international stage", added Pierre Duhot, SVP Lubricants & Specialties at TotalEnergies Marketing Services. "This partnership is much more than a sporting commitment: it's a strong message to encourage new generations to believe in their ambitions."
With its long-standing presence in endurance racing, TotalEnergies brings world-class expertise in high-performance fuels and sustainable energy solutions. The company has powered iconic moments at Le Mans - and now aims to fuel Iron Dames' ambitions at the 93rd edition of the race next month.
