Jamie Chadwick will continue in her role as an ambassador for Williams Racing in the 2025 season.

Williams Racing has confirmed that Jamie Chadwick will continue in her role as an ambassador for the team in the 2025 season.
One of the most accomplished contemporary female racing driver, Chadwick has been part of the Williams family since 2019, initially joining the Williams Academy before transitioning to an ambassadorial role in 2023 as she moved to the U.S. to compete in Indy NXT, IndyCar’s primary feeder series.
Williams played a key role in Chadwick’s journey in single seaters, giving her the opportunity to drive an F1 car for the first time when she took the wheel of Keke Rosberg’s FW08C at the 2023 Goodwood Festival of Speed.
Alongside her ambassador duties, she also serves as an F1 Academy Adviser, where she will continue to mentor young drivers, including Lia Block, as they progress in single-seaters.
“Williams has been a huge part of my career and journey in motorsport over the last four years", Chadwick commented. "I’m proud to continue representing the team in 2025, challenging myself to keep developing as a driver and helping to mentor the next generation of racers coming through F1 Academy.”
A three-time W Series champion and Indy NXT race winner, Chadwick is set to make her LMP2 debut in the 2025 European Le Mans Series.
She will remain part of a distinguished Williams ambassador lineup, alongside 2009 Formula 1 World Champion Jenson Button and 1997 World Champion Jacques Villeneuve.
“It’s a privilege to have Jenson, Jacques and Jamie with the team for 2025. Together they are the perfect representation of this iconic team: the history we have made, our proud tradition of investing in future champions and opening up access to motorsport, and our ambition and determination to make history again", team principal James Vowles added.
"Jamie has broken boundaries for women in motorsport as a Williams Racing driver and mentor to Lia. We are delighted to have them as part of the next chapter in Williams’ story.”
