Tokyo-born superstar Juju Noda will remain in Super Formula for 2026 for family-owned Triple Tree Racing as she aims to build on a promising-yet-challenging maiden season for the team.

As Honda announced its Super Formula roster for next year, it was revealed that Triple Tree Racing will remain at the top level of Japanese single-seaters, as it retains Juju Noda for her third season in the series.
Noda was 23rd in last year's standings, a season in which results didn't tell the full story. Despite the team's early struggles, Noda was able to help the team develop as the season went on, finding herself near the midfield in the closing rounds as she fought for places near the top 10 and improved her pace in race trim.
Prior to that Noda raced for TGM Grand Prix, finishing 21st in points, most notably finishing 12th at the Suzuka finale, in which she ran as high as ninth, despite starting 20th, and fought valiantly against Kamui Kobayashi en route to her best result of the season.
The 2026 season will be Noda's third season with Honda-powered machinery and second for Triple Tree Racing in Super Formula, as she aims to score points for her family-owned team following an up-and-down sophomore season.
Noda entered the spotlight in 2020, when she won on her single-seater debut in the F4 Danish Championship from pole-position, in a season in which she finished sixth in points with two extra podiums to her name. After a difficult sophomore season and a learning year in W Series, Noda stepped up to Formula Regional-level machinery, becoming the first woman to win a race in Euroformula Open history, as well as winning the F2000 Italian Formula Trophy title over Benjamin Berta.
Next year's Super Formula season will start with a double header at Motegi on 4-5 April, before moving south to Autopolis on 24-25 April. Two doubleheader rounds will then take place, at Suzuka on 23-24 May and Fuji on 18-19 July, before its northernmost round of the season at Sugo on 9 August. After a one-month break, the series will head to Fuji for another doubleheader round on 10-11 October, ahead of the season finale on 21-22 November, which will be held at Suzuka.
