Ferrari has confirmed a multi-year extension of Lilou Wadoux’s factory contract, securing the French driver’s future with the Maranello brand and reinforcing her status as one of the leading figures in international GT and endurance racing.
The renewal continues a partnership that began in 2023, when Wadoux became Ferrari’s first female factory endurance driver and the first woman to represent the Prancing Horse at the highest level of global sportscar competitions. Born in Amiens in 2001, Wadoux has since built an impressive resumé in Ferrari machinery, contesting 32 races across multiple championships and collecting four victories and seven podium finishes.
“Continuing my journey with Ferrari makes me happy and proud. In my first three years as an official driver for the Prancing Horse I have always felt part of an extraordinary family. During this period, moreover, I achieved some important race successes and an IMSA title that means a great deal to me: the aim is to continue along this path to achieve many more victories, continuing to write motorsport pages with Ferrari,” said Wadoux.
Antonello Coletta, Global Head of Ferrari Endurance and Corse Clienti, also highlighted the significance of the renewal and the progress Wadoux has made since joining the factory ranks.
“We are pleased to renew the collaboration with Lilou, who has now been part of the Ferrari family for three complete seasons."
"Over this three-year period our driver has shown significant growth, which has led her to achieve victories in different championships, as well as to win a title in a demanding and very important series such as the IMSA. We are confident the future will bring many more successes”.
Wadoux’s 2025 season was a statement for the French racer, who delivered major results across both North America and Europe in the Ferrari 296 GT3. Wadoux claimed victory at the IMSA Motul Petit Le Mans, sealing the IMSA Michelin Endurance Cup title in the GTD class alongside Alessandro Pier Guidi and Simon Mann, a success that added another prestigious achievement to her career and her first title with Ferrari.
In the European Le Mans Series, Wadoux was a consistent front-runner in one of the most competitive GT fields in the world. She remained firmly in the title fight throughout the year and concluded the campaign as LMGT3 vice-champion with Richard Mille AF Corse teammates Riccardo Agostini and Custodio Toledo, after victories at Paul Ricard and Silverstone, along with a solid fifth-place finish at Spa-Francorchamps.
Wadoux returned to Ferrari’s 499P Hypercar at the FIA WEC Rookie Test in Bahrain, stepping back into the Le Mans-winning prototype for her second outing in the current-generation Hypercar, highlighting Ferrari’s continued confidence in her development at the highest level.
Already a history-maker in FIA WEC, IMSA and Japan’s Super GT, Wadoux’s renewed contract within Ferrari’s endurance programme is another major step for women in motorsport at the highest level of the sport.
