Lindsay Brewer launched her second season in Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America in impressive fashion, securing a double ProAm class podium at Sebring International Raceway alongside teammate Kwean Tandon on her first outing with Forty7 Motorsports.
After finishing vice-champion in her debut GT racing season in 2025, Brewer returned to the Lamborghini one-make series determined to build on the momentum of a breakthrough year. Sharing the #77 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 with Tandon, the pairing quickly emerged as one of the strongest ProAm lineups of the season opener weekend.
The Sebring round marked the start of the 2026 campaign at one of North America’s most demanding and iconic circuits. Brewer, who transitioned from high-level single-seater racing to GT competitions last year, impressed throughout her rookie season with two AM class victories and a consistent run of podium finishes. Entering a new season with a new team, she carried the same determination into her sophomore campaign.
Originally entered in the Pro class, the #77 crew was later classified into ProAm.
Tandon handled qualifying duties for Race 1, delivering a strong lap of 2:02.033 to secure third in ProAm and 12th overall on the grid among a packed 39-car field.
Brewer then took over for the second qualifying session, progressively building confidence around Sebring’s notoriously bumpy surface. She clocked a 2:04.760 to qualify seventh in class, a solid starting position as she continued to find pace early in the weekend.

Under clear and sunny skies, the opening 50-minute race of the season began cleanly despite the tightly packed grid charging through Sebring’s challenging Turn 1. A mid-pack spin for Ware created early drama, but the field avoided contact and the race remained green.
Starting third in ProAm, Tandon quickly demonstrated competitive pace. He passed Henry to move into second in class and climbed to 11th overall, running among several Pro entries. Maintaining consistent lap times, Tandon soon set a 2:02.4 and overtook Giano Taurino’s Pro-class Lamborghini, advancing to tenth overall while consolidating second in ProAm behind class leader Danny Formal.
As the race settled into rhythm, Tandon focused on building a gap to the cars behind, in a crucial effort to secure track position ahead of the pit window. With 30 minutes remaining, pit stops approached, but Tandon extended his stint and briefly rose as high as third overall when leaders began stopping.
After Formal pitted, Tandon handed the car to Lindsay Brewer on lap 13, completing a strong opening stint.
Brewer rejoined second in ProAm, approximately 20 seconds behind new class leader Graham Doyle following the pit cycle, while still running inside the overall top ten. Doyle survived a close moment involving light contact on lap 15 but retained the lead despite losing some time.
Behind Brewer, Fuentes and Foster battled intensely for third in class, allowing her to maintain a comfortable margin of over 24 seconds with 12 minutes remaining. Although Foster began reducing the gap late in the race, Brewer remained consistent and comfortable in second.
An issue for the Pro entry of Gore that forced him to pit elevated Brewer to eighth overall on lap 21. Further drama unfolded when Younessi and Holguin made contact and spun, though both cars rejoined without triggering a caution.
Entering the final lap, Foster mounted a late charge, but Brewer kept control under pressure and brought the car home safely to secure second place in ProAm and eighth overall, in one of her strongest overall finishes in the series.

Brewer started Friday afternoon’s second race from seventh in ProAm amid another densely packed field. She immediately made progress, executing a strong launch to pass Dinkov and move into sixth in class during the opening laps. Early interruptions followed when Tasca spun and suffered a puncture, leaving debris on track and prompting a full-course yellow on lap four.
Racing resumed on lap five but was quickly neutralized again after Lawley crashed into the wall at Turn 14, bringing out another caution period just as teams approached the pit window.
At the restart with 20 minutes remaining, Brewer maintained sixth in class with a calm and controlled run, preserving track position before pit stops began on lap 11. Delivering a clean stint, she handed the Lamborghini to Tandon still firmly in contention.
Tandon immediately began charging forward. After the pit cycle he climbed to fifth in ProAm and soon cleared Ian Porter while several competitors ahead still needed to complete their stops.
Showing great pace, Tandon was several seconds per lap faster than ProAm rivals Nemschoff and Henry ahead. By lap 17 he closed rapidly on the battling pair and overtook Nemschoff for third place, setting his sights on Henry for second.
Although running roughly one second per lap quicker and closing a three-second deficit rapidly, time ran out before he could mount a final pass. Tandon crossed the line third in ProAm, sealing a second consecutive podium for the #77 crew and completing an outstanding opening weekend.
“Kicking off the Lamborghini Super Trofeo season with a double podium,” commented Brewer. “Starting this season with a new team has been such an incredible experience and I’m so grateful for everyone who made it possible. Thank you Forty7 Motorsports, Lamborghini Philadelphia, ATRO Hospitality, and Keawn Tandon. Let’s keep this momentum up!”
The results place Brewer and Tandon second in the ProAm championship standings with 22 points following the season opener, representing a strong foundation as Brewer steps up from the AM class into a more competitive category.
The Lamborghini Super Trofeo North America season continues May 1–3 at WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca in California, a circuit where Brewer previously scored a class podium and two top-five finishes in 2025.
