With pre-season testing underway, W Series confirmed its fourth team for the upcoming 2022 season: Quantfury W Series Team will join the grid of the all-female championship's third on track season.

W Series launched a new team-oriented format, which has allowed the series to explore a variety of branding opportunities; soon enough, brands like PUMA, Bristol Street Motors and now Quantfury seized the opportunity to being involved in the fast-growing championship, which shares the paddock with F1 and has enjoyed unprecedented attention during its first season of partnership with the biggest motor racing platform.

Quantfury is a global brokerage that offers commission-free trading and investing at real-time spot prices of global and crypto exchanges. The platform was founded by a group of traders, quants, and machine learning professionals in 2017, and aims at changing the trading industry globally with a cost-effective and transparent approach. It is available in 65 countries (excluding USA and Canada).

"Like W Series, Quantfury is a young, dynamic and disruptive brand which is challenging the status quo, breaking barriers, and seeking to make a traditionally male-dominated and opaque industry fair, open and inclusive" – said Catherine Bond Muir, CEO of W Series.

"From our very first conversations with the Quantfury team, it has been clear that they are driven by a desire to win, and I wish them all the best for the 2022 W Series season."

"When exploring our sponsorship opportunities, it was invaluable to us that the partnerships we pursue align with the Quantfurian culture" – added Iyandra Smith Bryan, general manager at Quantfury Trading. "For this reason, we chose W Series. Its energy, desire to grow, and the drive to challenge the status quo within their field parallels our own mission and vision."

While 20 invited drivers are into their second day of collective testing ahead of the season, W Series is assessing potential new candidates and returning drivers. The line-up of the Quantfury W Series Team will thus be confirmed in due course.
