American racer Sabré Cook will continue her campaign in the Porsche Carrera Cup North America in 2026 after confirming her return with JDX Racing for a second consecutive season in the highly competitive one-make championship.

The Colorado native rejoins the championship-winning team as part of its multi-car program, renewing a partnership that has played a central role in her development in the series. Cook will once again compete in the Pro class as the championship enters a new technical era with the introduction of the latest Porsche 911 Cup (Type 992.2) car and a new tyre supplier.

“I am excited and grateful to continue with JDX Racing in Porsche Carrera Cup North America for a second season", Cook commented. "The environment within the team is great, and going into 2026 with guys I can trust – who are fully invested in our success as a team – is what builds the foundation for strong performances. I’m really enjoying the new 992.2 car and the new Pirelli tire. It’s going to be a fun season, and I can wait to fight hard on track for the JDX crew.”

Cook first joined the championship in 2023 after transitioning full-time to sports cars, following earlier experience in single-seaters including the F4 US Championship and W Series. The Shift Up Now athlete quickly became a consistent top-ten contender in the Porsche one-make category.

Her first season with JDX Racing in 2025 marked steady progress: competing in the ultra-competitive Pro class, Cook finished 12th in the overall standings, scored points on 11 races out of 16 starts in 2025 alone, with seven top-10 finishes to close the season and a particularly strong finale at Circuit of the Americas where she recorded two seventh-place results.

"We are so pleased to have Sabré back for her second season in a JDX Racing Porsche,” Jeremy Dale, JDX Racing Team Principal said, praising Cook's professionalism and development within the team. “Sabré is the definition of a professional – in and out of the car. Her attention to detail in every respect is incredible, and that showed last year as she gradually got comfortable with the team and made steady progress through the year. She finished the season super strong at COTA with a pair of top seven finishes. We can’t wait to see her continue on that same trajectory in 2025.”

The 2026 season will see several major changes for the championship. Drivers will compete with the new 992.2-generation Porsche 911 Cup car, which features a revised 4.0-litre flat-six engine producing approximately 520 horsepower alongside updated aerodynamics and reduced weight. The technical package will run on Pirelli P Zero tyres, introduced as the series’ official supplier after making their debut during pre-season testing at Sebring International Raceway.

Cook enters her fourth year in the championship as one of the most consistent drivers on the grid. Alongside her racing career, Cook is also a mechanical engineer, bringing a technical perspective to her development behind the wheel.

For 2026, Cook will also expand her partnership portfolio as women-owned haircare brand privé products steps up as her title sponsor, strengthening its commitment to supporting women in high-performance environments.

“When I founded privé products,” says privé products Founder and CEO Shay Hoelscher, “I didn’t just want to create another haircare brand. I wanted to build an engine for good - a company that performs at the highest level while lifting others along the way. Becoming the Title Sponsor of Sabré Cook is not a marketing decision. It is a mission decision. Sabré represents everything privé stands for: performance, precision, resilience, and fearless ambition. She is not only an extraordinary athlete competing at the highest levels of motorsport, but she is a role model for young women who deserve to see themselves in powerful spaces."

The 2026 Porsche Carrera Cup North America season begins with a doubleheader at Sebring International Raceway on March 18-20 in support of the 12 Hours of Sebring. The eight-round, 16-race championship will then visit circuits including Long Beach Street Circuit, Miami International Autodrome, Watkins Glen International, Road America, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, and Road Atlanta, before concluding in October at Circuit of the Americas.
