Rachel Robertson, 18, is set to make her F1 Academy racing debut at the upcoming Las Vegas season finale on 22-23 November as she steps in the #11 Tag Heuer sponsored machine operated by Hitech TGR in place of the injured Aiva Anagnostiadis.

The Australian rookie broke her foot last month before the Singapore round, and was replaced by GB4 regular Megan Bruce, who raced last time out at a short notice, finishing 12th in race 1 as her best result.

Robertson, who has made her race car debut this year in the Radical Cup UK championship and immediately showcased good speed, has already subbed in for Anagnostiadis at the previous collective test held in Bahrain last week, and is now taking over the Tag Heuer entry for the final round at Vegas.

The 18-year-old Scottish driver began racing in 2022 in British karting before stepping into the Finecut Radical Cup UK in 2025. There she immediately impressed with multiple top-five results and her first podiums, eventually finishing third in the standings. Robertson had won the scholarship shootout in late 2024, earning her place with Wera Alliance Racing.

At the same time she started testing F4 machinery and was selected for the inaugural F1 Academy rookie test in October at Navarra. Robertson then made her F4 racing debut in Bahrain at the Saudi Arabian F4 Championship opener, where she had a rough first weekend but bounced back at the second round with her first top ten finish in single seaters.

Meanwhile, Aiva Anagnostiadis continues to recover from a left foot fracture that ended her season. In her rookie campaign, the Australian secured eighth in Shanghai's first race, then returned to the points-paying positions in Montreal race 1, again equalling her best of eighth. As a first year driver, she will potentially have the chance to return in 2026.
