Victoria Blokhina will graduate from Italian F4 to Eurocup-3, therefore making her first starts in Formula Regional-level competitions. Blokhina, who will join the ranks of Spanish team Drivex, will be the first female driver in the series' history.

"I am very happy to join Drivex in the new season in the EuroCup 3 championship", commented Blokhina. "I showed a good result in the tests and I have very good hopes for the season", she added, having tested the Eurocup-3 Tatuus for the first time in Barcelona in December. "I am looking forward to showing the best results."

Blokhina has raced in international karting competitions until 2021 – and was selected as one of the four finalists in the second edition of the Girls On Track - Rising Star program.

She then made her debut in racing cars in the following year, as she entered a part-time campaign in Formula 4 UAE before her full-time debut in Italian F4 with PHM Racing.

She had six top-20 finishes and two top-15, with a personal best of 12th in her first year of competitions, in an almost 40-car field. Blokhina then returned to the UAE in the winter of 2023, and scored her best finish in F4 to date with a sixth place in the non-championship Trophy round. She would continue to improve throughout the rest of the season, often making up several positions in the races.

In her second year of Italian F4, again in a PHM Racing entry, Blokhina had a best finish of 15th – recorded both in Imola and Misano. Unfortunately, a big crash in the first race in Spa Francorchamps ruled her out from the entire weekend, but she was soon back in the car from the following race meeting in Monza, where she was again in the top-20. She battled for the Female Trophy title until the last round with Tina Hausmann and Aurelia Nobels, eventually finishing second just 9 points behind due to dropped scores.

While most of her colleagues will continue at F4 level, Blokhina is set to step up to Formula Regional machinery in the second ever season of the EuroCup-3 championship.

"I want to welcome Victoria to our team", said Miguel Angel De Castro, Team principal at Drivex. "During the tests she did with us, she showed great dexterity and speed. We are excited to embark on this season together and achieve great results."

Drivex will also line up Georgy Zhuravskiy in the same category.

EuroCup-3 was launched in 2023 as a cost-effective alternative to the FIA-sanctioned Formula Regional European Championship and utilizes an updated version of the Tatuus T318 car; the new car with updated body kit is also 25kg lighter.

The series calendar runs in conjunction with the Spanish F4 for most of its rounds; the eight event calendar will consists of double headers on some of the most popular racing venues in Europe, including Spa Francorchamps, Red Bull RIng, Portimao, Paul Ricard, Zandvoort, Aragon, Jerez and Barcelona.
